I have an issue I have been battling and constantly being lied to about since November of 2016. This is an on going problem that hasn't been solved! I called the Public Service Commission for my state and they said although legislature deregulated their office for consumer complaints in 2017, they still take your complaint for information and any claim numbers you have, and forward them to AT&T’s Office of the President. Evidently, they still have the mystery number to Office of the President.
