I am now rethinking that purchase if this is how Big Lots treats their customers. And it reflects badly on Broyhill’s quality control. So they lost a $1,200 sale over the non-refund of a $6.00 towel. Hope it was worth it! Big Lots has 76% negative reviews on TrustPilot and only 11% positive ones.
