Orrcon Steel Australia is a proud supplier of innovative and quality steel products to the construction, resource, transport, and manufacturing sectors throughout Australia. Orrcon Steel was formed from the merger of Welded Tube Mills and Hills Tubing division in October 2000. Then in 2007, they acquired the Impressive Group from Western Australia, and from a few years SteelBarn. In February 2014, BlueScope Steel acquired Orrcon Steel. They are now a wholly-owned subsidiary of BlueScope Steel Ltd.

The company employs over 600 Australians who use their steel industry knowledge and experience to produce and supply reliable steel products. Orrcon Steel builds the capability of their employees so that together, continues to grow and prosper. Orrcon Steel's distribution centers are strategically located in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia, providing a national distribution network. Orrcon Steel has two Australian manufacturing sites - A structural tubular mill in Brisbane and a precision tubing mill in Adelaide.

• * Tubular products are used in a variety of industries including: mining, building and construction, automotive industries, agricultural machinery and general engineering applications. Products include RHS - Rectangular Hollow Sections; SHS – Square Hollow Sections; CHS – Circular Hollow Sections; ERW Tube (Electric Resistance Welded) Pipe & Structural Tube.
• * Rollformed steel products are manufactured from pre-coated flat strip material which is fed through a series of rollers to form tubes or profiles with varying shapes and sizes for different applications including structural framing systems (including roof trusses), flooring systems and fencing systems. Orrcon Steels range includes Metal Mate , a complete roofing and framing system that offers strength, durability and an attractive finish.

Orrcon Steel also manufactures a wide range of steel fencing products which includes Colorbond fence panels in various styles, Metal Mate fences (a strong, durable and low-maintenance option) and gates in a variety of sizes to match your requirements.
