Negatives: easily the worst negative is the pay, it is almost always going to start at what ever your minimum wage is. Messy stockroom, (it is like this in every Dollar Tree.) Cons Only get paid biweekly. You can get paid sooner for a fee, which is downright insulting. There is no incentive to work harder as there are no benefits to you, you get paid the same. Hours are inconsistent and fluctuate wildly. You're always understaffed because having more than one cashier at a time isn't as profitable.
