Finding Us & Access. German Naval Signals HQ is situated in St Jacques, St Peter Port, GY1 1SN. It is next door to La Collinette Hotel. This site is a restoration of the original bunker, as such it is below ground with a narrow entry and steps. It is not wheelchair accessible.
