Leave it to Microsoft to not be of any help or answer any questions. I purchased three surface pro3s as a tester to see if we wanted to purchase a bunch more for our company. Two of the three didn't work, would shutdown automatically, wouldn't read the keyboard properly and would all of a sudden become a tablet without switching back.

I would like a link, or a direction, or ANY way of putting in a FORMAL COMPLAINT. It is honestly appalling how many people have GENUINE issues that need to be solved but you have not either fixed the problem for them or let them have a voice about the matter.
