AT&T you need to change somethings if you break your payment arrangements and you are 2 months behind as long as you pay your 1 1/2 of your bill you should still be able to get your service turn back on. Tell your Customer Service Rep in Finance Department they need some training on how to speak to customers.

I would have to speak with "Accounts" who sent me to "Billing" which resolved nothing and I had already spoken with both of those departments many times. There is NO "Office of the President" that a customer can get any contact ways for. It is a game they play much like "I cannot fix your problems with the tools I have in my tool box".
