Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.

iTunes - Unortharised charges for game add ons. On 11th September I looked at my e-mails and see 40 invoices from ITunes for add on's for a game in the space of the morning. I immediately stopped my payment method to ITunes and used the online complaint system. I never heard back so after many efforts got to talk to someone.

Once on the iTunes support site, on the left hand column navigate to iTunes Store Account and Billing. Next select the topic you need. Most likely Billing Inquiries. Then click E-mail us and fill out the form. Your invoice number isn't required but I've found they respond a lot faster if you submit complete information.
