I have been a Miracle Ear customer since the 90's, I'm on my 3rd set. This last pair were sent in for servicing (still under warranty). My complaint is that I cannot drive without aids and I sent them in on Friday and I have nothing to use to help me. I cannot believe that corporate office has not set up an emergency or support plan for people like me.
