SAPD Headquarters New Headquarters The Public Safety Headquarters building (PSHQ) is located at 315 South Santa Rosa. Besides a 640-space, nine-story parking garage, the headquarters building houses SAPD's Tactical Operations, Night Patrol Command, Administration offices and investigative units, Walsh said.
