I had this issue occur internally, i.e. on a local LAN/WAN and not from the Internet, and it turned out the IIS Virtual server for one of the address book nodes was mangled, i.e. returning unpredictable results. This was on a OCS Standard implementation. When I browsed to the ABS node in IIS and clicked on Files, what I saw made sense.

Now as i explained the external Users can access to their communicators but their communicators show the message "cannot synchronize with the corporate address book" and it show a windows authentication that is matching to the Exchange Server. The Internal Users don't have any problems. Someone can Help me. Thanks

But you can try to rename the GalContacts.db (while logged out of OCS) then log back in and wait to see (could be a few minutes) if Communicator generates it properly. Typically this file is located (going from memory in Vista OS, so don't kill me if I'm completely wrong) C:\Users\loginname\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Communicator

Yes the DNS server is an internal one and the IP office.schs.org.ae is 192.168.0.253 which is the IP for the DC and also the DNS server. On this same server Exchange Server 2003 and now Office communication server also exists. What i managed to do was to remove SSL from the applicaiton pool of the address book.
