I have the same problem in my office. But is happening just to one person, isnt a general issue. Ive noted as well that the OC of this user syncs with its personal contact list instead of its corporate address book. I tryied to delete the GalContacts.dbf(or something like that) and it didnt work. I reinstall the client without results.

I was not having issues with address boook with office communicator 2007, but when I upgraded to office communicator 2007 R2 (both with OCS 2007 R2), I started getting the popup to authenticate so I could get the address book.
