I'm past the main quest line that u need to get the cultists to spawn, although they won't appear anywhere. I can craft bonemold armour in smithing and the boat is there although it won't allow me to travel solstheim anyway, because he won't reply. I have used console commands to teleport myself to Solstheim (coc dlc2ravenrock01), but then the game crashes.
