Access to Duty HQ bugged. Evil_Geoff 4 years ago #1. I know this is a longshot but here goes: I'm doing a replay of SOC (and having a blast with it). I've done both X18 and x16 quests, and turned the items over to Barkeep. Even done a couple of side quests for Duty members and dropped a few medkits so have several green Duty members.
