Working for a solid company for UPS gives me excellent job security. They continue to grow and are very competitive with other companies such as Fedex. The fact is that if UPS wanted their workers to feel happy and appreciated, well compensated for their work, they dropped the ball and damn near shattered it, when they decided to give their workers a PROPER wage "temporarily" and expect the same level of stress, accountability, and performance.
