Mill Falls takes only a few minutes to see and is pretty but not heart-stopping. The Soldier Pass trailhead is located at the end of Forest Service 9904 Road. There is a small gravel parking lot that holds a total of 14 vehicles. This parking lot is gated and it is only open from 8 am to 6 pm. There are no restrooms at this parking lot.
