Should the player decide to take the scenic route back, 7-10 waves of 6x M3s belonging to the Pirates will spawn every 5-7 minutes and attack the player ship. If flying an M6 (like the one received from the Albion Prelude Main Plot) the attack waves will not be a threat assuming they even survive long enough to get to the player ship.
